Durian Crepe

Yesterday my husband's friend gave us 2 durians.. So, I'm thinking to do Durian Crepe, which I never did before. So, I'm googling for the recipe. Quite simple and easy to do... Below is the recipe:

1/2 cup of coconut milk or full cream milk
2 eggs (medium size)
a pinch of salt
1 cup of multipurpose flour
butter  for greasing the pan

1 cup of whipping cream mix with 3tbsp sugar (mix all together until is light and fluffy)
1 cup of durian (deseeded)

How to make:

1) Mix all ingredients until smooth in a blender or with a whisk.
2) Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush with melted butter.
3) Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan and then tilt the pan in all directions to cover the bottom evenly. Just a thin layer!
Cook about 1 minute or until it's dry.
4) Cool it first. At the center of the crepe, put a whip cream, then durian and cover with whip cream again.
5) Wrap one side of crepe over the filling, and wrap the other side the similar way. Put 1 tsp whip cream at the top and add strawberry slice.
6) Leave it on the fridge for about 4-5 hours.
7) Serve your crepe while it's chilled.
