Sweet Potato with Cayenne Pepper pie

Yesterday, I wonder what to cook for iftar,so I made this spicy pie. Really spicy, you can feel it after 5 minutes..hahahah...

Ingredients(Eat for 2):
- 1cup flour
- pinch of salt
- pinch of sugar
- 5-7 tbsp ice water
- 1 tbsp cheese powder(happen to have this at home, just pour it...)
- 1/3 cup cold butter

-1 tbsp olive oil (or more)
-1 (medium size) sweet potato - thin slice
-half cup minced chicken
-1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, white pepper
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp sugar
- half cup water
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
- a clove of garlic
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 inch of ginger 
ginger,garlic & onion chop together.

Preparation for filling:  
1. Warm the oil in a medium-sized saucepan, slowly put the minced chicken, until half   cook.
2. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and let it cook for a few minutes, until it  
   begins to soften.
3.put sweet potato and add water, wait until sweet potato soft then sprinkle black pepper, white pepper, cayenne, salt and sugar, stir well and add oyster sauce. wait a few minutes and its done.

Preparation for crust:
Either you can buy the ready made or you make one:
  • Combine flour, cheese powder, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add butter and stir together. Add ice water 1 Tbsp at a time, and mix it well. If you pinch some of the crumbly dough and it holds together, it's ready. If the dough doesn't hold together, add a little more water and stir again. Note that too much water will make the crust tough.
  • Gently press and form the dough into a ball.
  • The dough needs to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flour to absorb all of the liquid, lets the dough relax and become more elastic, and keeps the   fat in discrete pieces which will give the crust a lighter texture when it's baked. 
  • remove dough from the refrigerator.
  • Flatten the dough slightly with your hands and dust the dough lightly with flour before rolling the dough out with a rolling pin.
  • Start rolling at the center of the dough and work outwards.
  • Gently unfold dough and lightly press into pan. Using sharp knife, trim edges.
  • Fill your pie now.
  • For topping, you can add mozzarella cheese, tomato and chili slice, onion and mayonnaise.
  • When your pie is ready, bake for about 15-20 minutes.
    Ready to eat your pie.. please ensure you have enough orange juice to drink because its spicy..
