Egg and Chicken Puff With Veggie



Yesterday i made yummy breakfast for my husband....  


 After Fried


  4 pieces puff after fried..


                                                           I'm eating now.....

How to make this :

Dough :

1 1/2 cups Plain flour
1/2 cup butter/planta- melted until oily enough (warm)
1/2 or less cup of water, add 1 teaspoon salt in the water

Mix butter with flour, add water bit  by bit.... stir and mix all together to make a soft dough...
If the dough seems too moist, adjust with a little more flour.
Set aside for a minimum of 15 minutes before rolling.
Make small balls of dough, then roll each small ball flat to the size and round shape of a saucer.
 Roll on a floured board to prevent sticking.


Filling:

2-3 eggs
2 tablespoon minced chicken
salad/cabbage- chop
1-2 yellow onion-chop
parsley -chop
1 red chilli
half tomato
small amount curry powder 
small amount black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

 Add everything, well beaten...

Make sure frying oil is hot enough when you fried....

-Use small mug to put rolled dough, put filling inside it, press down on the edges to seal the filling and fried it until golden brown.
